Dr iram shakir kiani is a consultant internal medicine specialist, presently practicing in islamabad.She graduatedfrom KEMC, Lahore in 1982 followed by fellowship in medicine (the highest post grad qualification in Pakistan) from cpsp,Karachi.Additionally She also has membership &fellowship from royal college of Ireland.
Dr iram has worked in various hospitals in Rawalpindi Islamabad ; holy family hosp, DHQ, BBH& Shifa international to name a few along with Kuwaiti &Saudi university hospitals.
Dr iram has held faculty positions here as well as abroad in various medical universities like RMC Rwp ,king Saud university Riyadh ksa &Qassim university ksa. She has been and still is actively involved in teaching &training Doctors for specialisation &a large number of her ex students are practicing as qualified consultants in various specialties here as well as abroad.
Dr iram is a senior FCPS examiner ,paper setter & supervisor for FCPS examination of college of physicians & surgeons Pakistan.
Dr iram is involved in public awareness having given quite a number of talks on national tv channels about various diseases.
